Heritage HOPE provides trauma-informed supported accommodation for adults (18+) affected by homelessness, trauma, addiction, and exclusion. Our mission is to create pathways out of crisis and into independence through our flagship program, Renewed Pathways – a 4-phase journey from stabilisation to full community reintegration.

The Renewed Pathways program is a structured 4-phase journey designed to support residents from crisis to independence.
